My Child is under 18, can they still get pierced?

We only pierce 16+ for most piercings. Some piercings are not available for children under 18 years of age.

What will I need to get my child pierced?

A parent or guardian must be present throughout the entire procedure. Both the parent/guardian and the minor must have a VALID form of ID. A "WRITTEN NOTARIZED CONSENT FOR BODY PIERCING OF A MINOR CHILD" form must be filled out entirely and notarized. Click here to download and print the consent form.

I'm 18+ and the Brother/Aunt/Cousin/Sister, can I go instead of a parent/guardian?

No.
